Accessibility, Usability & Compliance
Rebuild and rebranding of Solas Associates.

As the screenshot shows, their was no clear page structure and it wasn't clear what elements were headings, what were links and what were not links. The graphic design failed to convey a professional brand. Behind the scenes, invalid and deprecated HTML had been used and there were a number of accessibility issues - lists had not been marked up as lists and there were no headings on pages. It was evident that whilst the company itself was developing a successful reputation based on the quality of its consultancy and training, the company web presence was not reflecting this.

The new site is now Level AA compliant and has a clear and consistent navigation and page structure. Colours are lighter and less threatening and a new simple logo more effectively conveys the identity and objectives of Solas Associates.
Content on the site has increased providing greater information about the company's services and track record. The new Content Management System (CMS) allows content to be regularly updated and added so visitors have an up to date snapshot of the company's services and client feedback.
